1. Who we are

Prediction Edge ("we", "us") operates predpoly.com and provides a SaaS platform that surfaces statistically mispriced markets on Polymarket. This policy explains what we collect and how we use it.

2. What we collect

  • Account data — email and user ID via Clerk when you sign up.
  • Subscription data — plan, status, and billing metadata via Stripe (we never store card numbers).
  • Strategies — the JSON configs you save in the builder.
  • Telegram chat id — only if you explicitly link Telegram for alerts.
  • Usage logs — request logs and alert history for debugging and dedupe.

3. What we do NOT collect

We do not collect card numbers, national IDs, or any Polymarket wallet credentials. We never ask you to sign anything on-chain. We do not sell your data.

  • Clerk (authentication)
  • Stripe (payments)
  • Neon (Postgres database hosting)
  • Railway (backend + Redis hosting)
  • Vercel (frontend hosting)
  • Telegram (optional alerts)
  • Polymarket public gamma API (market data — read-only)

5. Cookies

We use only the cookies necessary for authentication (Clerk session) and checkout (Stripe). No advertising or tracking cookies.

6. Data retention

Account and strategy data are retained while your account exists. Delete your account and we delete associated rows within 30 days. Aggregated, non-identifying logs may be kept longer for abuse prevention.

7. Your rights

You can request export or deletion of your data by emailing privacy@predpoly.com.

8. Changes

We'll update this page if the policy changes materially. Continued use after an update means you accept the new version.
