1. What Prediction Edge is
Prediction Edge is a SaaS analytics tool that scans public Polymarket markets and highlights statistical edges based on user-configurable strategies. We do not place bets. We do not custody funds. We do not provide financial, legal, or tax advice.
2. Not financial advice
Nothing on this site, in emails, or in Telegram alerts is investment advice or a recommendation to trade, buy, sell, or hold any asset. Expected-value calculations are statistical estimates based on public market data and may be wrong. You alone are responsible for any action you take.
3. Eligibility
You must be the age of majority in your jurisdiction and legally permitted to access Polymarket and prediction markets where you live. If prediction markets are restricted where you live, you must not use this service to participate in them.
4. Your account
You're responsible for keeping your Clerk credentials safe and for all activity on your account. Share your account and we may suspend it.
5. Subscriptions and billing
- Free tier is rate-limited and uses delayed data.
- Daily pass grants 24 hours of full access from the time of purchase; non-refundable.
- Monthly plans (Pro, Pro+) renew automatically until canceled. Cancel anytime from your account; access continues until the end of the paid period.
- We may change prices with at least 14 days notice for existing subscribers.
- Chargebacks may result in account termination.
6. Acceptable use
No scraping, reverse engineering, or redistributing our signals. No abusive request volumes. No attempting to bypass plan gates. One account per human.
7. Data and availability
Market data comes from Polymarket's public gamma API. We cache it and apply our own scoring. We don't guarantee uptime, accuracy, or freshness. The service is provided "as is".
8. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Prediction Edge and its operators are not liable for any trading losses, missed opportunities, or incidental or consequential damages arising from your use of the service. Our total liability to you in any 12-month period is limited to the amount you paid us in that period.
9. Termination
You may delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms or that pose a risk to the service or other users.
10. Changes
We may update these terms; material changes will be announced at least 14 days before taking effect. Continued use after the effective date means you accept the new terms.
